“When my washer stopped working, I asked my brother where to go to wash clothes, and he told me seashore. When I first walked in Frances greeted me, she explained to me on how the washing card worked. She demonstrated on how to use the washer and then the dryer. Frances was very very patient with me as I haven’t used a washateria since 1993, I’ve had my own since apartment living. This place is very clean, quiet, and a great place to wash. Frances stayed busy wiping the washer and dryer dryers. When you need assistance , she helped me without any hesitation. I absolutely loved this place and definitely recommend it and will be back again.”

“My first time was last Saturday around 2:00. I walked in to check it out.
Pros: Everything was very clean. They have 20-80 lb washing machines and tons of different sized dryers.
I appreciated the vending machines and clean restrooms. There’s a nice seated area, but it’s in the front. There are many TV’s and closed caption is in- since you can’t hear over the machines.
Cons: The blasting Tejano music, when not all customers are Hispanic. Play a variety if you’re going to have music or Sunny 99.1.
Although the machines have a price on the card reader screen, there’s no indication of the length of time. I had to find an employee to ask about the dryer times. She looked at me as if she didn’t understand English. So I said “tiempo” - then she begins telling me in English the prices are in the machine ( I know that and it’s not what I asked about). Then she was rushing through the times for the dryers.
They have a sign posted for if you want them to launder your clothes. However, don’t act like you are not bilingual; OR have machine information posted if your employees don’t want to help everyone.”
“Have been using this cleaners for a while now. Always reliable and they do good work. As other have said, the drive thru is very convenient and there prices are fair.”

“We’ve taken our clothes to this Pilgrim Cleaners for a few years. The people there are trustworthy and friendly. Donna knows us by name and takes such good care of us. It is people like her that keep us loyal customers. Thank you Donna.”
“Always do a good job. However, the prices are VERY. Even with a 25% coupon it is still about $3 per shirt. I never go without a coupon. I need to find another cleaners due to the extremely high cost.”

“I use them for all my cleaning. They do good work and are very consistent. I drop off and pickup, check out quickly, no hassles. They fix buttons that get broken. They notify me if stains don't come out. I'd recommend them to anyone in the area. I am not sure why folks roast a company with one star rating on the internet over a 2 shirt misunderstanding. Not even the correct location at that.”

“Normally went to MW cleaners but the price isn’t worth the press. Spots cleaners did a great job and I look like a million bucks all the while saving $15 a week vs going to MW. I like a heavy starch and they know how to dry clean! Will be back and HIGHLY suggest!”

“Alterations were absolutely perfect! I was nervous to take my favorite skirts to replace the zipper because I didn’t think it could be done and still look the same. They matched the materials in the colors, you would never know the zipper had ever been replaced. Except for now, it works perfectly! I’m so pleased with their customer service and the quality of their work.”
“I've used Magic Touch several times over the past year for suits, shirts, etc. I have felt that they've always gone above and beyond, but recently they became exceptional. I forgot to pick up my drop off before they closed, and needed my suit for a wedding, with a flight the next day at 630am - before their doors open. After reaching out Magic Touch coordinated to help me get my pick up after hours. Something not many businesses would do for their customers. Thank you Magic Touch for everything you continue to do.”
“It is a regular laundry mat, it's kind I f clean but definitely the bathroom needs more attention. They also offer dry cleaning and laundry services if you don't want to do it by yourself. The front washers are the biggest ones perfect for a big lad of clothes or to wash blankets and comforters. They have a machine to change dollar bills into quarters.”

“I had a rush blazer clean/press order on Friday afternoon for the following day afternoon (Saturday) and it was ready by 24 hours. The cost was also very reasonable overall $17 total.
