“Extremely clean. Friendly staff, good clientele. There is one lady named Gricelda that never slows down. She will clean a couple of machines then look for a customer that seems to need some help (like me). Then go to the front desk and ring up some purchases. Whatever she is being paid, she should get a raise.”
“First time leaving my clothes for wash n’ press. Great service, timing unbeatable.
Too bad it gets expensive if you plan to use it regularly. I will leave for special occasions of garnment that requires special attention.

“I hadn’t been to a Laundromat in about 20 years but my dog had an accident on one of my large Comforter’s so I had to find the nearest place to clean my Comforter because my Washing Machine was too small so my fingers came to Google and I discovered your facility. Wow! I don’t know why I’m seeing a 4.0 google rating for you guys because my experience alone with your Employee-Brooklyn is a ⭐️WHOLE FIVE⭐️. OMG, she greeted us, helped us and treated us as if we were family. She’s such of a Sweetheart and a very friendly and kind person. So was the guy. Thanks for the pleasure experience and for such cleanliness. ?”

“First time here because my usual spot closed after many years of going there.It's very spacious, with lots of machines and folding tables. And comfortable sitting areas.What I didn't like is that the machines use a prepaid card. I put $10 in the card machine and it charged me a one dollar fee! So now I only have 9 dollars and it wasn't enough for two washing machines.These fancy machines are more expensive than any other laundry mat in this area.”

“I use them for all my cleaning. They do good work and are very consistent. I drop off and pickup, check out quickly, no hassles. They fix buttons that get broken. They notify me if stains don't come out. I'd recommend them to anyone in the area. I am not sure why folks roast a company with one star rating on the internet over a 2 shirt misunderstanding. Not even the correct location at that.”

“Alterations were absolutely perfect! I was nervous to take my favorite skirts to replace the zipper because I didn’t think it could be done and still look the same. They matched the materials in the colors, you would never know the zipper had ever been replaced. Except for now, it works perfectly! I’m so pleased with their customer service and the quality of their work.”

“Soap dispensers aren't the cleanest but the manager on duty when I went was fantastic! He let me in after he had stopped incoming traffic for the night after I told him we were in a hotel. He was friendly to everyone and started cleaning up the place with a great attitude at closing.”
“I've used Magic Touch several times over the past year for suits, shirts, etc. I have felt that they've always gone above and beyond, but recently they became exceptional. I forgot to pick up my drop off before they closed, and needed my suit for a wedding, with a flight the next day at 630am - before their doors open. After reaching out Magic Touch coordinated to help me get my pick up after hours. Something not many businesses would do for their customers. Thank you Magic Touch for everything you continue to do.”
