What I was charged to fix and clean does not even come close to rebuying all my clothes. I hate giving reviews . I won’t talk bad about a business I just won’t return to the business. “I've gotten clothes hemmed here, a new zipper on a pair of jeans, and LOADS of laundry done here when my washer/dryer broke. Every time the service is EXCEPTIONAL. They get things done so quickly (sooooo much quicker than neighboring dry cleaners) and it's always so inexpensive (again, soooo much cheaper than neighboring cleaners). I cannot recommend this place enough. Again, if you need anything done to your clothes, you should go here for great craftsmanship, in quick time, for an inexpensive rate.”

Items are nearly folded, sheets/bedding smell fantastic, and they separate my kids clothing. The app is easy to use and schedule pick up. “October 1st 2023: Friendly Wash is my favorite place to go to do laundry. The ladies that work there are SO friendly, kind and accomodating. If you need a cup for quaters from the machine, a key to the washroom or a chair to sit in because your disabled, they are quick to get it. The only thing I'd improve on is the place could use more seats, but they accomodate you if your an older person and disabled. I just ask politely and have always gotten a seat...The employees here are wonderful and although an occasional machine or two may be out, 99.9% of the machines works and are up and running. This is the best laundry mat to come to compared to local laundry mats in the neighboorhood where the laundry machines are all out and they don't clean regularly....this is a very clean facility by the way. Not much food in the vending machine, but that is a small price to pay for the top notch service. I come here to do laundry, not to snack..so I don't mind the snack vending machine. Their is soda at least and a convience store across the street.... UPDATE OCTOBER 31st, 2023: Friendly Wash got a new vending machine, and it's packed with a wonderful array of chips, candy, snacks and beverages. What an exciting addition to the business!”

“This place is great. It’s wonderful for our community. The employees are awesome & always willing to help however they can. Some even share their soap when a customer needs a tad bit. A week ago one of the employees offered a senior a ride. Coloring sheets are offered to children so parents can wash stress free. Employees share their Expertise on how to properly wash or get rid of stains. Their very friendly and always have a smile. Over all this is a great community laundry mat. Best in town if you ask me”
