“I have been looking for an arched top hutch high and low for a while, and I came across KTX Home on Facebook marketplace. I unfortunately live 4 hours from Katy TX, I purchased a hutch online and planned on going to pick it up that weekend, but life happens and I was not able to make it. I reached out to their Facebook page, and Jannet was super fast in her responses and was so accommodating! She was able to get my shipment on the truck, and was delivered 3 days after I purchase! No one asked to assist with sales, no greetings, no acknowledgement - even though they were literally standing in front of my lallygagging. I stood still and walked around, while they had their conversations until they disbursed.
Meanwhile, I actually want to make a purchase.
