“It was nice knowing that this store is in thr area, the cashier was nice and helpful, not so much the manager or assistant manager ?. We found some ribbon that we wanted but it had been opened by someone and just left on a shelf, we requested a discount, which the cashier was willing to give us ten percent but we weren't sure if it was complete amd the young lady in charge kind of got a little attitude and more or less said only ten percent, if not we're keeping it and we said keep it and left with our purchases. That's not the way you get customers to return to your store, i think I'll be driving to the first colony location or another store ?.”

“I came across an ad and spotted a beautiful display cabinet. I called and it was so nice to hear a real person answer the phone. Pam was friendly and helpful. I placed the order and later on the same day, I received a date and window of time for delivery. On the day of delivery, I also received a call to adjust and narrow the delivery time window and i received a call ahead from the gentleman handling the delivery too. Delivery was quick and easy. The furniture piece is beautiful! Love the solid wood and wrought iron.”

“Went with intention of looking at a sofa sleeper, however when we arrived, they had a special going on and I started wandering. The salesman, Kong was very kind and showed us the layout of the showroom (which is huge) and then let us wander. He would check on us, but never pressured us. We ended up purchasing a 3 piece living room set and are very happy. We could have had it delivered that same day but we asked for the next day so we could move things around, since we were now getting more than I had originally planned. I was very happy with our experience at the showroom and our delivery. The highlight was Mattress Mack himself calling to make sure I was happy with my purchase!”

“I had a remarkable experience at Mattress Firm -Longmeadow Farms-7417 W Grand Parkway SRichmond, TX. The manager Juan was truly a sleep expert in service for the people. He was kind and had a pleasant demeanor as he took his time and explained the differences between the mattresses. I also felt he was very knowledgeable because he further explained to me the science involved in sleeping a certain way in an adjustable mattress.In my summation, it wasn’t about the sale with him as much as it was about showing professionalism, making sure the customer has a great/memorable experience, conveying customer service, and he having the intuition to know the rest would always follow. Needless to say, I went back to the store a second time to make a purchase I was more than pleased with. I would say, 60% of the reason I returned was because of the solid customer service from Juan because let’s be honest, I can also get a mattress somewhere else. Therefore, I recommend Mattress Firm to anybody who’s looking for a mattress and an adjustable base, especially now when there’s a sale going on.”
