“I love this please, first of all because of Paola Cortes , she is in the community director and she is the best in the office, she actually gets things done and is the nicest person in there! She solve all type of problems! And she is always there when you need her! She makes this complex very comfy it feels like home now! And it is very important to have someone how speaks the same language as you! Because Hispanic community is growing so much and I think it is very important to have someone who Actually understands you! This place is amazing!!”
“This is a fantastic place to live for 55+ adults. Kathy Brown, the leasing manager was incredibly helpful and efficient when moving my Mom and Aunt in. Solea is clean, very safe and a positive place to live for all the residents. The activities are fun, very well organized and they provide something for everyone. My Mom and Aunt are very happy here. And that is priceless! Go check them out. They really care at Solea.”

“I have lived here for a bit over a year now, i have not had any problems so far. Everything has been clean and maintenance is quick to respond to any issues, especially when talking about the AC or heater. The staff is also very helpful. I have been helped by Denises out a couple times and she is vary nice and looks out for the residents, helping us out with any paperwork or any other administrative type activities.”

“I lived here from 2019-2024. I moved out early because we ended up buying a house. The community is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. People mind their own business here and the community was always clean. I absolutely loved living here and was actually sad to move out of my 2 bedroom apartment into a 5 bedroom home. I know, I know. I would recommend this community if you are friendly, take pride in where you live, and intend to follow your lease/rules.”
“Lived there for about 2-3 years and it was great. We were lucky to have lived in an apartment which was only occupied once before us, so it was left in very good condition. Management cared; they would communicate often about issues or events. Residents were nice, pool and gym were nice as well. We had a garage attached to our apartment (all of them do) which was amazing. Overall it was a great experience. Only once we had an issue, which was that our upstairs neighbors’ child would literally be constantly running around playing with a ball from 5 AM to 10 PM almost every day, and it would be so loud… the ceiling would tremble every time that kid decided to go wild. It would wake us up almost every day, it was very frustrating. We spoke to management and they did what they could, but the issue wasn’t solved. We ended up moving because we needed more space, if not we would have probably stayed but asked to move to a different unit because of the upstairs neighbors. The moving out process was smooth and honest thanks to the awesome management. Thank you Alyssa D. and the rest of the front office ladies and maintenance crew!”
“The office staff at Montage at Cinco Ranch is amazing. Jordon has made the move in process seamless, and has been a tremendous help. The apartments are beautiful, and it’s a great community. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to live on this part of town.”

“On recommendation of my friend Mr. Anand, I recently moved here with my family in a two bedroom apartment.I was in contact with Ms. Heather who showed me the apartment, explained the process of leasing, shared all the documentation and explained me everything in detail, where I had difficulty to understand things.I understand, certain things are in someone's control and certain things are not in their control. Wherever things were in control of Ms. Heather, she helped me with it. Things which are not in her control, is the company policy.My review is based on above mentioned understanding -Communication - 10/10Shifting process - 10/10 Extra care was taken by Ms. Heather to have us a smooth shifting process.Place - 10/10. Till now, safety has been a no issue at all. People here are warm and helpful.Amenities - 9/10 Playground for kids, swimming pool, Gym, are well maintained. Deducted a point as I feel, swimming pool size should justify the number of apartments.Car Parking - 10/10 Open parking for residents, dedicated parking for visitors, reserved shaded parking and reserved enclosed parking is available.House maintenance - 10/10 Very prompt.Pest control - 9/10 Price of pest control is inclusive in rent.Schools - Good schools are in close vicinity.Rental Price - (6 to 8) on 10. This is because personally I didn't like the bundled up service of TV - Internet pkg, which is inclusive in rent. The world has moved beyond TV to streaming, which is already costly (considering various subscriptions) and then Camden as company enforces to have a TV pack also in it's rental. This is something which is a feedback for company and not for it's employees.Location - 10/10 Banks, eateries, hospitals, gas station, grocery stores, parks, shopping mall are within 5-7 miles radius.Special thanks to the Ms. Heather and others from management to help us move here smoothly. My family really appreciate it.I'll update this review in timely manner to capture areas where it exceeds expectation, meets expectation or needs improvement.Thank you.”
