“After I got to the store. While I'm looking for my things my knees dropping on the workers talking to other customers things like that I seem to know what they're doing they help out the people always good even when I got to check out. They do have plenty of parts for all kinds of vehicles so that's a good thing. I didn't use this but their website says that they have delivery same day for a certain amount of money and then free delivery if you get it the next day.The only problem I had is because I'm not originally from Decatur only been here a month pay attention to the road markers the signs because that intersection at 287 and whatever that road is it's confusing.You might have to do u-turns lol.Have some GPS guidance.”

“Great team, Garret the service advisor was fantastic and super helpful, the general manager is a GREAT guy, very friendly and hands on and willing to get involved to help if needed. If I do ever need more body work done, knock on wood I don't, but if I do I'll absolutely be coming back to them. I needed this done on an honestly kinda unrealistic time frame with it being a holiday and all, because I had to be back at work in West Texas on a specific day, and they got it all finished before I had to roll out and looking like a brand new truck. Really went above and beyond, on Christmas week no less. Very grateful and appreciative to all the guys who worked together to get it done.”
“I have to give a big shout out to Colton. He saved me a lot of headache and money. I brought by car because I was having issues starting it even on a new battery. They tested the alternator and starter and everything came back fine. My car wouldn’t start when I was trying to leave. They came out and tried to help me jump it. After a while Colton found that it ended up being a bad terminal connection. And got it fixed for me. I have had no issues with it starting since. I really appreciate them for going above and beyond to find the issue.”

“Had to get head gaskets done on my 2015 Duramax and gave Diesel Works a shot. Could not have been happier with the service Mark the owner provided along with his staff also. He suggested some other work to do since we were already at a certain stage in the repair process. So far so good as my truck is back and running great. “We were so shocked! SERVICE IN THE RAIN! My daughter needed a battery. Her car had been sitting for several months while she was on a mission trip. It no longer kept a charge. It was pouring rain, but Cameron an employee at this store came out in the rain.Replaced the battery and replaced her wipers. We were so blessed. This is not his job. Above and beyond for sure.”

“I love this place. For one, it reminds me of the old school auto parts stores that I used to go in with my dad when I was a kid. They also gave exact fit parts which is pretty nice. If they don't have it in stock they can get it quickly, often same day. Great place, and very helpful.”

“We had our car towed here after an accident since it was highly recommended on the Facebook groups in our neighborhood. The guys I spoke with were super nice and put up with my insurance. The car ended up being totaled so no repairs were done but they still tore it down for the insurance adjuster to come and look at it. As well as worked with us to get our belongings out of the car before getting sent off. Highly recommend these guys since a good honest car shop is hard to find.”
