“This is hands-down one of the best companies out there to deal with. When you call, you get a live person who helps you with your order. They are very careful with proofs, production, inventory, and shipping. Everything arrives in a reasonable amount of time - or faster if necessary - and it's impeccable quality. I order yard signs from them, and they are solid plastic with colors that permeate the material and don't fade at all in the rain or sun. They're super weatherproof and still light enough to tote around. I recently had a miscalculation on my end that necessitated the rapid re-order of more signs, and they bent over backwards to get it rushed and honored the price of the original batch without me even asking. Curtis and Daphne are amazing, and much of their staff has worked there longterm, so they really know what they're doing and it's so awesome to find in today's employment climate. Oh, and they're not kidding about being dirt cheap. Probably around 40% of the cost of other signs I priced out. Thank you so much, DCS!”

“This place is awesome. Went by to print some invitations for my daughter’s birthday party. I was having trouble with one of the self serve printers and because they were busy I couldn’t get help. After almost leaving frustrated, Dustin to the rescue! He got the files off the flash drive I had and didn’t even charge me for them because I had to wait so long. “The employees here are top notch when it comes to tacking care of a customer. I needed a highlighter that I couldn’t find anywhere not even on the shelf at this store and I was in a hurry because I had class that day. I told one of the employees about the issue, she went out he her way to look for one, she went all the way to back just to find me that one highlighter I’m looking for and on top of that she didn’t let me pay for it. Now that’s such an awesome customer service.”
“Anita and the rest of the team were really helpful in helping us figure out a tricky situation. The water cooler we were shipping accidentally leaked and they were super nice about cleaning it up and helping us figure out an alternative way to ship it once it was fully dried out. Specifically she set it up as a pick up giving us all the stuff we needed to pack it and ship it efficiently once it was dry. This was a tough situation and her and the team did a great job of providing us top level support.”

“Great service. This area has become popular in the past two years. And so has the lines - depending on time of day. Regardless, the crew does a great job both to give you attention while moving the line along. They are friendly and courteous. This location is better than the alternative - the dreaded post office. I have read a few comments about the manager. Though I have not interacted with him, from what I’ve seen he seems to be following the rules set by UPS.”

I have passed this business many, many times and was not sure if it was open or a permanently closed business. Now I know!
