Do not order prints from here. They have no idea what they're doing. I walked in and no one greeted me and I stood there just waiting for someone. Customer service is important, at least say we'll be with you in a moment. There were maybe 5 people total in the store. They should be staffed more.

The service is very slow, and one of the cashiers is really loud. We spent an hour waiting to get 3 copies, and it was not crowded. However, the young lady at the service desk, Theresa, was very helpful when we finally got to the counter.

Their system of tracking online orders to be picked up is the least efficient and effective process/system I have ever encountered. I’m 67 years old and was an organization consultant for forty years.
