“Yasmin Martinez at Spring branch location was very helpful and awesome. Can't say the same for Alief location. I totally understand they had no control over systems being down but the gentleman by the name of Zeke was no help. He kept my Visa card and then shredded it instead of giving back to me. Further more he was to keep me indie as to status of systems. When I walked back into location 3 days later he acted like he didn't care. Also I understand that employees dress casual but the manager looked like she had just jumped out of bed. For a manager she should be dressed more appropriately and presentable! They have most my banking businesses.”

“This is a great place to send money fast to another country. My Husband and I send money to Colombia, and all it costs is $5. $5 is not bad compared to other companies around. I always see a different girl employee every month, so I don't know if they are just assigned to different locations or they just quit. So you don't get to have a relationship with the employees. Most of them are nice, except the most recent one that is working there now. She is mean, and she always finds some reason to try to prevent you from sending money. You need a Dolex card in order to send money, and so they can know who you would like to send the money to. You can add however many people you want on your card. When adding someone make sure you have their full name, address, phone number. The reason why I like this company a lot is because when you send it goes directly to their bank account like a wire or direct deposit.”
