“The people who left the negative reviews must be mistaken about which branch they are talking about, because I have been using this bank for 35 years, ever since I built a home in Copperfield. Back then they were Sterling Bank, and were assumed by Comerica I'm thinking maybe 7 or 8 years ago. I could be off a bit on the timeline of that. I did have new account numbers that I had to change with my credit card and utility companies for automatic payments, and yes, initially it was a hassle, but I had always been treated so well that I had no intention of leaving. And I knew that they had no control over the change, so I just rolled with it, and the staff did their best to make it as painless as possible. Fast forward to the present and I have had nothing but the most exceptional service from the entire staff for years and years. Alex Garcia has been there since they were Sterling Bank, and is absolutely wonderful in her management position. So is every other associate, and I have dealt with them all. I wish I could list them by name but I don't want to get their names wrong or leave anyone out. Again, I don't know how anyone could leave a negative review, unless they were mistaken with what branch they were speaking of.
