“Went to this location yesterday for a specific type of turkey breast that iv purchased in the past, I couldn't find it, went to the meat counter and asked if they had any in the back, very nice lady( I forgot to get her name) said they're out of stock, but will check, she came back and said they were waiting on more to arrive but no sure when.I went to the display cases working on plan B when she came out, tapped me on the shoulder, and said they found a case of them! Apparently she talked to a co worker, who helped her find them. As busy as they were these two employees went out of their way.Shout out to these two, big thanks to”
“After all the negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and professionalism I received. I was the 5th person in line when the door opened on a Saturday morning. Three people had appointments, one went to an open teller and I was greeted by Veronica at another. She was pleasant, proficient and was conscious about the privacy of my transaction. My questions were answered politely with good explanations. It was probably one of the best banking experiences I've had in my 20+ years as a BOA customer. I have had some much less enjoyable interactions over the years, but this was was probably the best.”
