I need to speak with someone from Corp office asap. Verizon shut my 91yr old fathers phone off when he still has paid service till Jan. 28th. If I don't hear back by1:30 CST I will call Texas Consumer Affairs to file a complaint.

Verizon sent me a letter from the cooperate office. The entire letter is in SPANISH!! I don't speak Spanish?. ???
