“Was here to add a new line for my T-Mobile service. We were helped by Jose. He was super cool. Quickly figured out the best option which has a promotion on it. He literally took no time to set up the new line. He made the customer care call on behalf of us to get it done even faster. Delighted with the service we received that day. It's a big store with numerous mobile experts around. Jose saved us a lot of time for us by doing all settings for us. Great service!”

“The guy I canceled my home internet on the phone was awful, these guys were much more courteous. I would have given 5 stars, but they needed to ID me before I could get a receipt for the equipment I was returning. I think if someone else were turning the equipment in for me I'd like to think they would be able to without problem.”

“The AT&T store at 7800 McArthur Rd in Irving was very helpful to me. A wonderful, young lady(Aagya) was very patient, kind, and knowledgeable in helping me. The manager was very friendly as well. They could not have been better!!!”
