“I buy equipment all over the country and if it's a long distance purchase, I'll fly and rent a truck to drive it back home to Florida.Last week I reserved a truck and flew 1500 mile to Dallas. When I got there everything went as normal until Samantha pulled up in my truck. I took a look at it and noticed that the overhead door was too low for the load I was picking up.I told her that this truck wouldn't work and why.She spun around toward the door of the office and said, "Well then, lets go find you a truck."After a few clicks and a couple of phone calls she was able to locate the perfect option and even paid for an Uber ride to get me there - all with a happy to help - very professional attitude.
