Nice service. Once you get comfy they Jack the price and give less channels blaming the channel itself. Many outtages but the weather is mostly to blame. Easy setup but 3 boxes could be reduced somehow. Bill pay is easy but the automated tech support is almost no help.

It has 6 boxes to attend to and only 2 people attend and there are 16 people waiting and the manager on the cell phone, what a nice service

Great response time when it came to my turn. Had to wait for more than an hour though, which wasn't good for my time
