Leon Nuevo Tortilla Factory is a place where the food is delicious and fresh, with tortillas made on-site. Many first-time visitors are very pleased with their meals. Popular items include the barbacoa, which is highly recommended, as well as carnitas, tacos, and menudo. The menudo has good flavor with nice chunks of tripe and includes maiz, with the option to add pata, though some find it a tad salty. Tacos have plenty of satisfying meat. The lunch specials, like carne de pastor and green sauce chicharrones, are also delicious. Sides like crispy chips and different salsas from the condiment cart are liked. While it has tables for dining in, it does not have a formal sit-down restaurant feel. The owner is friendly and often stops to say hello. Customers frequently say they will definitely be back and certainly recommend this place.
Service was quick and excellent. Super friendly staff. The food was super good. I got the taco plate with carnitas as my meat and it didn’t disappoint. I don’t live in close to here but I would make the 25 minute trip just for these tacos

best tacos, their salsa verde is probably the best thing I’ve ever had. I’d take the whole bottle home if they’d let me. Sweetest owner ever, 10/10 would come back!
