“Whenever I visited the Branch , the staff have been very cordial and also complete the business in a very quick manner. I like their security system which shows only the last numbers of the account. The account opening process also is available online and is very user friendly. I used the system with the help of Sandhya and felt very happy. “I had my check up today with Dr Thirtha ??The Practice was so Inviting from the minute I walked through the door. I was greeted by Julie and Billie at the front desk , they’re both very friendly and welcoming. Dr luvs to give hugs and I received the best hug ?I was invited to come back to the treatment room by Dana, Dr Thirtha assistant who took digital X-rays ( she was extremely gentle when placing the sensors in my mouth efficiently . She set the TV on very scenic channel with calming music and placed lavender pillow and offered me a blanket ?? Dr .Thirtha actually did my dental hygiene cleaning while Dana assisted her . The procedure went smoothly without any discomfort at all , I was so relaxed I could have easily fallen asleep .. I did not have any cavities and my teeth feel amazing !!!If you have not yet visited the New and Improved Practice “Truist Dental of Irving “ formerly Dr Jones you must call and schedule an appointment!!!”
