She did several transactions, i.e. transfers and wire transfers for larger sums. This was done at the Hutto location which is where we will be doing our A+FCU business in the future.”
“I went into this PNC Bank in Hutto for the first time. The minute I walked in I was warmly greeted. The teller was very efficient and courteous. She completed my transaction quickly, and when checking my account informed me of an issue that she immediately fixed. The gentleman working with her was so incredibly helpful and just downright nice. I am so thankful that PNC Bank in Hutto has such great people working to protect my account.”

604 West St #79, Hutto“I went to bank this week with a big jar of coins that I had been saving all year to deposit it in my account. I arrived about 9a, just after opening and I was the only customer in the bank at the time. I made a four figure deposit which consisted mostly of big bills. I also had with me a mason jar with primarily quarters, nickels and dimes. The teller gave me a tray and paper sleeves to roll it. I don't understand why she could count the big bills, which she did with no problem, but not the coins. Sure, it takes longer, but I am a customer. I went to the lobby to start rolling out my coins, accidentally dropped my purse, and some of the coins. As I sat there in an empty lobby with a teller looking on, this wonderful lady came over named Mirian Cintron. She is a personal banker there and offered to help me roll the change and expedite my morning experience. Miriam was incredibly helpful, pleasant, professional and turned around my entire experience with Wells Fargo that day. Had I not had the experience with Miriam, I would have closed my account later that day and taken my business elsewhere. What the teller and personal banker didn't know is that I just moved to the neighborhood and now, because of Miriam, I will continue to come to that branch and work with her. They also didn't know my mom is a recent window and looking for a new bank. I understand we live in a world where efficiencies need to take place, but I believe my teller experience could of been handled better and am thankful my personal banker experience went the way it did. Because of the teller I took what would have been an exceptional review down to only 4 stars. If I could give Miriam 10 stars I would.”

506 US-79, Hutto“Awesome experience both times! The first time was before the pandemic and I had a pleasant experience coming her with my family member. During COVID, you are able to schedule and make an appointment with a banker. What they don't mention is that you need to come into the bank for specific services. So during my phone meeting the banker called and asked if I was coming into the branch. I ended up rescheduling for another day. Wish the website clarified that.I met with Adela and she walked me through the process to set up an account. The lobby is pretty empty and open. There is plexiglass at the desks for mutual safety. I also noticed that they may stagger staff since there wasn't that many people working all at the same time since I had to return the next business day for some help. It was nice to know it wasn't crowded and you could schedule services in advance if needed.The customer service was still great on my last visit. She even called me a week later to follow up with me. Who does that?! That left a lasting impression with me since we live in a digital world where you don't even have to go into a bank. Very personal touch and I appreciated it. Thank you Chase for a great experience.”
“The Hutto Branch personnel are always friendly and helpful. I generally do not have to wait in the teller line. Alex is great to visit with about investment opportunities. Good information, no pressure atmosphere. We've been Regions customers since 2002!”
