Prices are higher than other nursery's the sales and clearance items bring them down responsible and the rewards program help reduce cost. They have a gorgeous selection of outdoor wonders plants, mulch, potting soils, yard art, and anything outdoor needs you can think of. Hours and location a great and convenient Minday through Feiday 9-6 daily. Don't forget to look online to get your monthly coupons as well.”
“Perfect weekend to work in the garden and get our vegetable beds prepared. Our landscape contractor had gotten the most amazing soil from these guys when we did a big project a couple years ago, so we popped into see if we could find some for ourselves this year. Angelina was super helpful and we were in and out in about 15 minutes on a busy Saturday morning. Our Ridgeline easily held 1/2 cubic yard, so when we go back for decomposed granite, we will borrow a bigger pickup!”

Her Caring enough to be sure I corrected my military discount to save timr at the checkout and to be sure I took advantage of my Pro account as well. To Clarissa and Nick at the Pro Desk who provided the guide and instructions for me to accomplish this. When you care enough for others and treat them as you want to be treated it leaves a lasting impression and encourages us to pass it on. “I had kept forgetting to write a review about LSGC, back in the early summer last year, and just had to get this in. One of my passions is gardening, and planting and lawn & Garden upkeep. Mainly it's more nostalgic, helping my dad when I was a kid bagging the grass, always brings back good memories. I know a lot of dad's will agree, that there is no smell better than a fresh cut lawn, with an ice cold brew in the hand at the end. I have been getting my flowers and plants from LSGC for the last few years, and they never seem to disappoint with there On-hand stock. I feel like a kid in a toy store when I take my wife shopping for plants. The customer service is spot on, these folks know there inventory, which if your into the green thumb side, that is a huge help for them to know. Swing by this place if your going for a nice landscape in the back or front yard, they have a huge selection of colorful life to brighten your yard with.”
“I don't mind if you make a mistake as a business as long as you make it right and this company did!!! In a very big way!! My 6 year old had a flock of chickens as pets that were killed recently by a dog. She was devastated and I have been very troubled in trying to track down some replacements. I was told by the Granbury location to be at their location at 8am or I would miss the opportunity to get any baby chicks. I took time off from work and showed up in the pouring rain to be there 10 minutes early so as not to miss the opportunity. To my surprise no chicks! Cathy did apologize to me and said they normally don't do this but I would be put on a list and the first call when they come in the next day. Next day came and no call. So next morning I reached out again and to my surprise I was told all the chicks had sold. They apologized again and agreed they had dropped the ball but I would have to wait another week for a new shipment : ( I decided to start calling every Russel's location and drive any distance for my daughter. My 1st call was the Weatherford location, Rock answered and I explained the situation. He offered to call and find me the chicks! I couldn't believe it and in just a few minutes I was contacted by corporate who had located some in Haltom City. Jessica and Cassandra from that location allowed me to pick the breeds and drove them to Granbury so I could pick them up closer to home. I’m so impressed with how these locations all came together to take care of me and make things right for my daughter. They have won my business for life!!!”

“This is my "go-to" for all home needs. I am not sure there is a department I have not needed to visit at some time or another to accommodate our needs at home, inside and out. The isles are well thought out. Wide for passing with shopping baskets, the flow of one department into another, and rows of items positioned next to the rows of items that support them (i.e. paint brushes next to paint, or rakes and fertilizer next to plants). All staff are friendly and accommodating. Their general and vast knowledge combined make my life easier when I go not quite knowing just what it is I need for my project. This store is a staple for us”

You have your random employees that don’t really care too much, BUT are 10 times more helpful than Lowe’s employees, and that’s just a fact.
I feel like this home depot is darker inside and a bit more crowded, however it usually has what I need so there is that!”

Lots of quality tools and equipment to choose from. A lot of the same, experienced employees have worked here a long time. They are super nice and helpful.
When my kids were little, they really enjoy the Kids Workshops. The ladies that handle the workshops are great with kids!
When it comes to fence wood, they often have a lot of crooked planks that really can't be used. You have to sift through the piles to get good pieces.
They have a key copying machine that is pretty easy to use, but I don't like the new key options available. I just wanted some plain key handles. What they have are too fancy for me.”

“My husband and I have always been treated very well by Glen and the team here. Great selection and we get many of our annuals, as well as trees and shrubs here. Mulch and soil too and they load in your truck. Tuesdays are senior discount days! Glad to see more positive reviews coming to light recently and they seem to be expanding with another greenhouse as well.”
