I’ve had the pleasure of working with Julia at the Floor and Decor Pro Desk, and I can’t recommend her enough! Julia consistently goes above and beyond to provide outstanding service. She is knowledgeable, efficient, and always ensures that my orders are handled smoothly from start to finish. Her attention to detail and commitment to helping customers is impressive.

I want to give a huge shout-out to the amazing team at the Pro Desk at Humble Floor & Decor! Julia, Michelle, and Vanessa are absolutely the best. They are always ready to help with a smile, making every visit easy and pleasant. Fanny, the Pro Manager, is also incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. The level of customer service here is top-notch, and I truly appreciate how they consistently take care of their customers. Highly recommend!

thus far delivery sucks. telling me between 7am and 6pm. I informed them do not deliver if not 7am to 12 noon window and that i will not pay twice.

I order a quick pitch kit online. I order the night before so I can pick it up on my way to Pasadena. Once I got to where I'm working I went to open the box and it was already open. It was missing parts and instructions. Now I have to stop what I'm doing to go to the location close to Pasadena to exchange. That location is not exactly in Pasadena it's just outside Pasadena in Houston. The main reason I picked it up from the Humble store because I come in on one side of Pasadena and that location is on the other side. I didn't want to drive to that location because of traffic.

This has been the worst experience. Elizabeth the assistant manager gave the worst customer service ever! Even an employee had to check her attitude. This is not a joke. She should be ashamed of her self for treating customers that way. Sincerely Irene

Went to floor & Decor today to buy tile there was no one on the floor to help asked casher for help she was so rude and she said that there was no one to help on the floor because everyone was gone to lunch will never go back again

i have called 6 times today and been on hold after clicking to speak to an associate for over 10 minutes all 6 times before anyone answered. I still have not been able to get in touch with a worker at this store.
