“I just want to take the time out to express myself about a very important message about a Employer named Angel she was a very very nice sweet helpful young lady I had I issued with another Batteries and Bulb store off Spring Cypress trying to get my husband phone repair to be lied to was very poor customer service so I called assurance back to tell them my bad experience I had over at the store they game the humble location I called and spoke with Angel and if I tell you God sent me a Angel because she over and beyond and out of her way to help find the part for my husband phone I really appreciate her so much you deserve a merit raise thank you so much for all your hard work and dedication ?????”

I used to stop using this 7-11 location because of some unethical, unprofessional folks who used to work here, but it looks like they’ve hired new people, and J is a real breath of fresh air! Every time I roll into this gas station, he’s there with the biggest smile, and it just makes my day. His friendly attitude and genuine care for folks are something special. He goes out of his way to make sure you’ve got what you need, and it feels more like chatting with a friend than just a quick stop. J’s customer service is as good as it gets, and you can tell he really cares about his customers. If you want service with a smile and a touch of real kindness, J’s your guy.
