“I had a warranty exchange, and Mikey was super helpful. The cost was only 5$, and he sat with me doing the swap, never being rushed. He answered all a lot of my questions regarding phones I was interested in. He was very honest regarding promotions and which ones are better for me and which ones are not. I ordered my Z Flip 5, and without Mikey, I would probably not even have looked at that one, having previous notions that turned out wrong. Now I'm super excited. I have had the 2nd generation Z Flip for years and was hesitant on the new ones screen.I had been to a different location recently, and the difference in customer service is huge. This is the one to go to for friendly, honest service. The actual location is super convenient, and the inside is very clean and organized.I have been with t-mobile for 16 years, and I have been to many different stores over the years. This one is a winner.”

“I love this location a lot and I love the espresso machine they have here-my only complaint is it isn’t kept up with enough and often runs out of coffee beans/milk and isn’t checked on, I need to be better about taking a sip before I leave because this is the third time I’ve gone and gotten a latte and gotten to work with it just to find out that I paid a couple bucks for frothy coffee water :/ when the machine is working though the coffee is delicious! And this location has great customer service!”
