After my car was involved in an accident, I was worried about the damage and how long it would take to repair. However, Roy put my mind at ease from the moment I walked in. They provided a detailed estimate and explained the repair process clearly, which I really appreciated.
Throughout the repair process, they kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle, and it was ready sooner than when they said it would be. When I picked up my car, it looked like new! The paint matched perfectly, and you couldn't even tell there had been any damage. No corners were cut!
On top of the excellent work they did on my car, the customer service was outstanding. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable, and they genuinely cared about making sure I was satisfied with the repairs.

This O'Reillys is no different than the others. I've been satisfied every time I've gone there. I don't care for their corporate website but the local people can't do anything about that. Anyway, go visit them bring your van if you don't know your vehicle details and they will fix you up.”

“I had a bit of a hassle with AutoZone recently. My car's serpentine belt broke, so I ordered a toolkit for same day delivery. An hour later, the driver called to let me know that AutoZone wouldn't give her the product without my ID. Since my car was out of commission, I thought delivery would be the easiest option, but the store manager, Ana, said I had to show up in person with my ID before she could release it to the driver…….
It feels like AutoZone's "same-day delivery" is a bit misleading. It seems more like a way to charge you upfront and then make you wait for a refund if things don’t go smoothly. Plus, it’s a bummer that the driver went out of her way to pick it up but won’t get paid for her trouble. In the end, it feels like both the customer and the driver ended up getting the short end of the stick.
Updating to say, Judy who helped me out the next day made the experience better. She was nice and explained everything while treating me fairly even after a harsh review. Things happen and I’m glad we could figure it out.”

“Young damsel in distress....Saturday evening I ran across a young lady and her 7 yr old son who were stranded across the street from Advanced Auto Parts on 1st St in Humble at the washateria. The hood to her car was up and I asked if she needed a jump. She told me yes and that she had asked everyone who crossed her path for help, but no one could. Once we realized people were still in the store (it was shortly after 9), we jumped in my car to ask for help. They were locking up as we pulled up and she said, "Nevermind, they're closed" but I got out of my car anyway and when Zach saw me, he asked if he could help me. I told him of the dilemma at hand and he told me he would come across the street and jump her battery. He was a hero in every sense of the word; after her car started, she left and she later texted me that she arrived home safely with her young son.Thanks Zach, you rock!”
