This review is two-fold. My experience in the store was awesome. I was taken care of by CSR named Alexandria. She was 5 stars. That’s where my customer service ended. Xfinity (changed their name from Comcast thinking it would make a difference) sucks just as much as the old name. I opened a new account for internet. Self install. It was a terrible experience. The day of my installation (10/12) I got everything set up but could not get online. Called customer service. What a joke. It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a human voice. Had a chat online and it was determined that my cable connection was not active and a tech would be sent to my home on 10/13. Next day, no show, no call. Called again. Same troubleshooting process and same result. Was advised a tech would be sent on 10/14. Again, no show no call. Called again. Long story short, I was on a chat that transferred me 5 times. The last chat I had said my account was no longer active. Really? Was advised I should stay online and someone would help me. I was on hold and #1 in the queue. I waited another 1/2 hour and hung up. In total, I was tied up on this chat for an hour and 45 minutes on Sunday morning, all the time while my grandkids were waiting for Grandpa to arrive. I have since returned my equipment and will stay with my current provider. I left Comcast several years ago because of their poor customer service. As aforementioned, the name change did nothing to improve service. While the package would have save me a significant amount of money, I dumped it. At least with ATT I receive great customer service and an speak to a human voice when I need one. BEWARE.

I would say that this location is...... VERY ghetto. I went into this store a few months ago and two male employees were having a full on verbal altercation threatening each other, causing commotion WHILE customers were in the store. No other employees tried to intervein it was like this was a normal occurrence for them, they just laughed it off. Needless to say, I left and drove 30 minutes to the Fairfield location. I support young workers, BUT there needs to be someone older who can keep this store in order. The younger people running the store is going to run it to the ground from lack of professionalism.

The consultant was clueless. I had to go to another place to have my questions answered. No help if your question is a little bit different from what they do everyday.

This location is horrible...They trick me and sold a phone and said its cover in your plan.But after 2 month they start charging $12/month ( for 2 year ) and said phone was not freeThe person ( stephene ) lied me that phone is free and you will charge only for service but later on when I went there and asked for manager , she said sorry it was wrong info and we apologize .The conclusion is one person lied and sale phone for cheap commision and managers backed them and just apologize..This phone cost me $250 which I am paying every monthPlease stay away this branch and xifinity mobile and do not move your serivce with themAlso report complain against xfinity mobile and this branch as more as you can.Thanks

Only 2 people attending 10+ customers. I was just returning modem equipment and she told me to be in line. It literally takes 15 seconds to scan the equipment and give me a return receipt.

Worst location and please don’t expect any type of customer service I don’t think they know what that means…. I ask to speak to a manager, the lady that was supposedly helping me went to the back to get her, came back and said she had just left. I said really so that’s not her right there in the doorway talking to someone else? Xfinity please do better.

This location is the worst….no acknowledgment upon entering the store, and when asked who is accepting appointments the response was “we don’t have it, there are only 2 people working ma’am”. What does that mean? If the store is understaffed; then maybe they need to ensure that the store will be staffed upon opening. If a customer has the option to make appointments and is on time then maybe the store should be able to accommodate that. I would not recommend this store unless you have time to waste and patience to deal with children. Xfinity is too expensive for poor customer service and will shut your service off for , but is awful at customer service. Wow

What a joke… All because of an email address. Directed to a customer service number which is a whole other story for an extremely simple task. But the fake concern when I was about to cancel the whole service was my favorite part. Save yourself the time and sign up online to pick up the modem in store. I swear I was in and out in 5 minutes about year ago at another location. Patience is truly a virtue. Why are high schoolers running a retail store??? Where’s the real leadership?

This store is run by a third party...that is why staff is rude and unprofessional...both of my experience there was unpleasant. Please go the the Xfinity store which is Corp on 13752 northwest fwy houston tx 77040. They are nice welcoming and listen to what the customer is asking/requesting for service.

I discontinued my Xfinity service months ago but dropped by today to return my equipment. I think the person who helped me is named Kylee and just wanted management to know she was so kind and helpful! It was refreshing to receive customer service where someone goes above and beyond. Very sweet girl and really appreciated her great service!!

My wife and I went to the Hwy 6 store to purchase new phones. Assistant mgr, Brittany helped us. She was very knowledgeable and helped us get the phones on sale. She has fantastic customer service skills. We ordered one of the phones and went back to the store 2 days later and she wasn’t there. All of the other employees said they did not know how to set up our phone so we went home disappointed Brittany called us and helped us set up the phone and then she followed up with us later in the evening to make sure we got the phone set up and if we had any questions. She went above and beyond to help us. We are so glad we worked with Brittany. Thank you!!

I don't have complaints about this store in general but xfinity sucks. Every time I have a problem I can't get ahold of anybody from customer service. They think they're automated system is going to be able to fix any issue I need, or give me information that I don't have but it doesn't. I just spent 20 minutes going back-and-forth between their website and their stupid automated phone system. I finally had to lie and say it was about something else just to get somebody on the phone and it's somebody outsourced in the Middle East somewhere. They can't even get Customer service right. The guy on the phone didn't know anything either. Complete waste of time and I'm getting rid of xfinity as soon as I can

They don’t honor appointments at this store. My appointment was at 2:45 and it’s almost 40 min past that. I have somewhere to be. If they were just honest it would’ve been better. But they just strung me along.Dont come here unless it’s empty.
