They have the latest Hunter Elite balance machine and the tech (Victor) knows how to use it, unlike other national chain stores just rush thru the work orders.

I knew I should have stuck with my first mind by going to LosChavezTires&Wheels.I went to a new tire company named RNR back in September because they had deals on new tires. They'd recently moved to Houston from another state. I met them during their grand opening. I was paying double payments for 2 tires with RNR, never missed a payment, totaling $500. They still repo my tires and left me stranded behind one payment and breaching their contract.Thanks to LCT&W I was back rolling in the same day. I actually came out better with 2 top of the line brand tires vs an ok new brand LosChavezTires&Wheels used were in better condition than the new set I had. They were nicer, fair and affordable. They understood my concerns. LCT&W also provided home services so I didn't have to go back and forth. He also gave me a warranty on my Michelin.This is how you treat a paying customer!”

“This place is the best, hands down. Quick service, great prices, very reliable and go above and beyond. I brought my Mercedes to a different shop that completely ruined my rim by getting a socket stuck. These guys spent hours trying their best to save my rim, trying to see if they could avoid making me replace it. Unfortunately despite their efforts I did end up having to replace it, however they gave me a great price for the rim and new tire, especially considering how much labor they put in. They even washed my car before I picked it up. Super friendly and helpful, I couldn't ask for better service. Highly recommend”

“I came to Arivex on a recommendation and it turns out it was just as good as promised. I’ve had two alignments performed here and the quality of work is fantastic. Even better, the price cannot be beat. Sure you have to wait your turn but this is a million times better than shops that do multiple things. Arivex does one thing and they do it VERY WELL!!!”
“A small piece of metal punctured my tire while on 610, I was able to safely exit into a parking lot, but I could not make it to a tire shop. My dad found this mobile tire repair company, and boy did it save me the cost of a tow and time. Since many newer vehicles are not supplied with a spare tire anymore, this is a great solution. “10/10 This shop does really great work! Took my semi to multiple shops and Allende Alignment was the only shop to find what was wrong! My truck had multiple issues that was causing a shake in my steering wheel. Thanks to Alex informational videos I was able to find this shop and get a good diagnosis on what the issue was. They have the rights tool to check for a worn suspension, Allignment, out of round tires and vibrations. Marco (the manager) and his team provided great customer service, clear communication and very fair pricing. Definitely would recommend anyone to take their semi to this shop!”
