“I usually come to Discount Tire- it's free, right?. So, when I needed new tires I came here. Several months ago I got my routine balance & rotation. Shortly after I noticed a vibration at slow speeds. My brother recommended I get another rebalance because the adhesive weights can fall off. I thought the problem was better but seemed to get worse. I brought the car back to DT for a third time (after seeing a mechanic and ruling out other issues). The tires checked out as balanced. Kim, the manager, offered to replace all my tires. He got them in same day and next day they were put on. Warranties do pay off. No hassles and always professional staff who are friendly. Automated text updates are nice to keep you informed of the work progress”
