The worker at the window is rude and very disrespectful on how he handle situations. I called to see if my car was there he answered with an attitude then he hung up on me. He is what i called unprofessional he needs to be fired.

Towed my car from my apartment complex in which I live !!! There customer service is terrible very rude people! No one contacted me about the towing I had to call the police to find out ! Which is awful. Place needs to hire better staff !
