Curbside is located on the second floor, and in the parking lot (to the side) on the second floor. There is no signs that I could see. Also, the employees give you wrong directions. Because it is understaffed, you have to wait in line just to find out you are at the wrong location. Hopefully this helps someone save some... read full comment

Service Hours not correct. Closes at 7pm. Lights went out in store 1 hour before actual closing time. Was told to keep shopping although we were not permitted to try on clothing due to lights issue. Very rude saleswoman. This is why pennys is having financial problems. Can't keep there shit together.

Selection was ok and the store clean. However, the checkout people were rude. Ruined the entire shopping experience.I'll go to another store to do my shopping where they are more friendly, like Kohls.
