“My mom’s phone was damaged in the hospital by a nurse placing her phone in a bag with a liquid and this happened during hurricane Beryl. I contacted T-Mobile to get insight on how to replace mom’s phone. I had been to several T-Mobile 3rd party sites without assistance due to most locations closed after the hurricane. I went to this location and encountered Saxon and Juan who listened to the extenuating circumstances of my mom being critically ill, but needing her phone. Saxon and Juan were very helpful and gave my mom the best deal possible because she didn’t have insurance. Thanks Saxon and Juan your knowledge, patience and resourcefulness was greatly appreciated!!!”

“It's incredible how one person can change your thoughts about the company's reputation or make you think it's time to change the company. First, I went to the Westheimer location Galleria, and the person who tried to help me was very loud and started giving anxiety attacks. He said he has been in business since 2011 and wanted to provide me with unnecessary details, which was not helpful. I pu my phone and left. The next day, I went to this Hillcrodt location, which completely changed my mind. As soon I walked in, Jorge said Welcome, wrote down our business account, and asked me to wait for the tech help. I looked at all the salespeople helping people with patience and a smile. Mak helped me, and honestly, within a few minutes, he explained all my concerns and gave an honest opinion. He offered me a few options to resolve the problems. It was a pleasant experience, and since this is a business account, I need to talk with other members. I will go back on Tuesday and get the new phone. Mak thank you again you sure did saves our business account, and we would love to stay with T Mobile for a while. T mobile is lucky to have you. “Ms. Phillips was excellent. I walked in the store incredibly frustrated by dealing with the flooding in East Texas and a phone issue at the same time. On Sunday night I called Verizon and was placed on hold and then the phone hung up saying to call back during regular business hours. When I met Ms. Phillips she was polite and courteous and told me she would take care of me. I told her I was a 17 years Verizon customer and a old man. She listened to me and within ten minutes she had resolved my texting problem and created a Happy Customer. Verizon should evaluate her employee profile and promote her to the training division. It is my position Verizon is not meeting customer expectations.
