“Antonio and Ernesto did a huge solid and got me a brand new phone as quick as possible. I literally got robbed at gun point earlier that day and they broke my phone on the way out. They were able to use my passport and even though there was an issue with the PIN they pushed through and got me a new phone and i was able to charge to the account. It was real nice having these dudes on my side through this. Super nice dudes and very pro-customer.Highly recommend to come here if you get robbed at gun point (or for any other reason lol)”

We 1st went to the Bunker Hill location and the employees there would do absolutely nothing to help. Simply told us to call the same customer care number. A former employee connection told us to go to the location on Silber and speak with Angelica. She turned us over to Donald who was so gracious and patient and dealt with the situation with us. 45 minutes later the problem was resolved. Kudos to Donald and Angelica for being so helpful to this long time Verizon customer. Thank you!!”

He explained everything clearly and I was in and out of there in ~45 minutes! Admittedly, I showed up on Saturday at 8:30pm and he still was very graceful and polite about helping me finish everything.The other associate was noticeably irritated that I showed up later in the evening and was unwelcoming.
