My experience at Build-A-Bear was amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly and patient, guiding my niece through every step of the process — from picking out her birthday bear to adding the stuffing and heart ceremony.

This is the best build-a-bear in the Houston area! Whitney is amazing! The first hour of every Tuesday is “sensory hour” (the lights and music are lowered) making this place even more accessible!
