I’ve been purchasing the same pair of 7 jeans for years now, mostly online. I’m well above average in height, so finding jeans with a long enough inseam (in women’s styles) can be a struggle.
I stopped by the store when I was in town for a work trip and worked with Devon. I cannot express how great of an experience it was. He got me exactly what I was looking for even though styles have changed slightly. He was also so well acquainted with the product that he put me in two completely different styles I would NEVER have dared to try on and they fit perfectly. Including a men’s pant (and honestly those are my new favorite). He was professional, but honest about cut and fit, and gave genuinely helpful feedback and critiques without making me feel pressured or uncomfortable.
It was so refreshing to have such a good experience shopping for jeans/pants as a woman of my stature. I will absolutely be making a full fitting appointment with Devon the next time I am in town, and I encourage any woman to do so.

My shopping experience was easy and enjoyable thanks to Devon. He made sure I found the right fit and reviewed all the available shades and types of jeans with me.
He was very professional and personable - I’ll definitely be retuning to this location when I need more jeans!

I am a pretty frequent jeans purchaser, both of this brand and others, so I am well acquainted with my jeans size. When I went into this particular store, I told the clerk who asked me what I was looking for what I wanted, and without asking for my size, she informed me that the biggest size they had in the jeans I wanted was a size above my actual size (she didn't ask for or know my actual size yet) and that she didn't think they would fit me (basically implying that I was significantly bigger than what they had on hand at the time). It was unprofessional and rude, and she even continued to express disbelief that I knew my size even though I said repeatedly that I have purchased multiple pairs of 7 For All Mankind jeans. She was helpful checking up on me in the dressing room, but my initial reaction was so negative that I can't give this more than two stars as far as customer service goes.

Bought a pair of jeans for my husband for Christmas. Got them on sale, not specific to the jeans just total amount purchased. Had to exchange the for a different cut, but same price. They required us to pay the upcharge back to full price since the sale was over. Very poor customer service.

JOJO from women's contemporary is very rude and just lost a long time customer. Was treated rudely and she's the manager. Sucks that I will never shop there anymore, deleted my Neiman Marcus app on my phone as well.

This a review of the men's dept. First, the selection is below par in terms of high end department stores in the Galleria. Most of the brands or clothing are boring and only wearable to the country club and forced business parties. The only brands worth noting are kenzo, stone Island, and y3 because the other brands have their own physical stores with better selection. Footwear department also lacks any eye catching styles or latest trends. Second, staff there is a hit or miss I had some of the best employees and some of the worst. Usually the older workers are a bit rude and arrogant, from one of my experience the employee just stood and glared at everyone when approached he showed no motivation to help customers at all. Besides that the dressing rooms are an absolute mess! It reeked of body odor or musk which was suffocating accompanied with no air conditioning, in Texas! In conclusion, save yourself the trouble and go to Saks or The Webster you'll have a far better experience with more trendy clothing, shoes, & service. So unless you're a Neiman Marcus fanatic or just trying to impress your date by spending money you don't save I would reconsider a trip here.

My family was met with hostility by a racist overweight sales woman in cookware. I am appalled by this treatment for we are regular patrons of this store. The management needs to clean house employee wise in the home wear department or they will lose customers.

I was looking for a b-day gift for my girlfriend and this specific store had the lipstick I was looking for (based on their website) Even though they offer shipping, I decided to stop in and Krystal in the cosmetic area immediately helped me out. She was very knowledgeable with the Christian Louboutin make-up line and patiently answered all my questions and explained the difference in the finishes, colors etc. I had a 5 Star experience at this location and I'm very pleased to have stopped in at this Dept store to make my purchase.

I've shopped at NM for years and always treated myself to lunch in their stylish restaurant on the 3rd floor. Not again! Something has changed & not for the better. First, there is no longer an elegant hostess to greet a guest and escort them to their table. Instead, a waitress stands in who isn't trained as a hostess. Cordial, but disinterested - do you know what I mean? Service has slowed and food not up to par. For ex, one scoop of dryish chicken salad was plopped on bread with one sliver of lettuce and one cut of tomato. I picked up the sandwich and it fell apart from dryness. The waitress never returned to check on the meal. The restaurant was not full; yet it was the time when it usually was very busy. With exception of 1 waitress, the others stood around near the door of the kitchen talking with each other. I waved my hand countless times for attention because of an invoice problem. My waitress ignored me until she finished her part in the conversation. When she finally came to my table, I asked her what was going on because clearly the restaurant had changed. She said they had a new chef and the management now wanted them to stay open to 8pm when there are no guests. They also had done away with the hostess position. This is an expensive restaurant now cutting corners and losing its image.

I histrionically have not been a Neiman Marcus fan due to a bad experience while shopping in the jewelry section, described below. So my review is on the restaurant that I visited. It was very good! I had a burger and fries my guest and a fish dish. My burger was excellent, the service was excellent and my guest said his fish was very good. You can imagine that being in Neiman Marcus that atmosphere was good all attractive women. If you are in to more seasoned women then this is your spot. As far as price, this lunch was comp by Neiman Marcus. The restaurant was good and I would visit again. If I were going to give a rating on the shopping experience in NM it would be a negative. Much like others in the yelp reviews, I also was clearly profiled there. I stood at the jewelry counter looking at items and not one sales person attempted to help me. They stood around in a circle and talked to one another. When someone of non color approached the counter they fell over themselves to help the person. I told them they lost a sale. I waled to Sax Fifth purchased my items walked back to the counter and showed them the items I purchased. Two items for more than $5k. I said that is what happens when you profile or stereo type people, you lost business.
