“I have to write a review for the exceptional customer service I got here. I left work yesterday and my car wouldnt start. It was either the battery or the alternator. I had to get a jump from someone at work and drove straight to O'Reilly's to get a battery test. I was really pissed since I was going to miss my martial arts class and it's been a week since I've been able to go. So on my day is the day I'm able to go my car won't start and I have to spend my evening at O'Reilly's great. I walked in and met an employee named Miquel. Dude was chill and calm like hey we will fix the problem don't worry and calmed me down. I got immediate attention and he did a battery test and it was a bad battery. He looked up a replacement and the price was decent so I said yes. Then he switched out the batteries in like 5 minutes! We had some small conversation and I was out of there! That guy is totally cool dealing with customers like me and completely changed my mood from totally pissed to happy and I was out of there I even made my martial arts class. Miquel is the man promote and pay that man!”
