“Need to update new address at previous location. Need more signage for new location. Very difficult to find. Other than the contact information not being correct, it was a great experience. Super easy for pre employment drug testing. Staff is super nice.”

“The facilities are very old and the first thing I noticed when I walked in even though I had a mask on, was lingering after smell of cigarettes which was very unpleasant and off-putting.(Thankfully I didn't have to pay for services; my provider at MHMR ordered lab work)I requested the receptionist that I would like to wait in the car. I appreciated that she was accommodating. She called me when it was my turn.I was very nervous and hesitant about getting five vials of my blood drawn..So grateful for Stef the phlebotomist who was calm and patient with me while I took time to collect myself. She made it a breeze and i didn't pass out!!”

Every interaction has been incredibly professional and knowledgeable and I always hang up the phone with exponentially more information (and power!) than when I began the call. Their lab is trustworthy and proven and I've had a poor experience with another lab, which demonstrates RTL's commitment to science and customer service. My mold exposure situation has been so stressful and RTL has given me the information, tools, and resources I need to heal.”

“Wonderful experience here each and every time. They rarely have a long wait, but that's not something they can control anyway. They have automated check in which is nice. Their waiting area is comfortable and clean if you do need to wait. The phlebotomists are KIND and SKILLLED. I've worked as a Medical Lab Scientist for almosg 14 years and can tell you Phlebotomy is a true skill. Not just anyone can do it well. It's a gift and a calling. Well, these ladies are gifted without a doubt! A lot of people say they're a hard stick - but I truly am a DIFFICULT draw. To put it into perspective, I had to be put to sleep by gas once for major surgery because even anesthesia could not place an IV. That being said, they normally are successful with one poke at this CPL location. Rarely two - but never more. Other places I've been stuck 6+ times. I will come here whenever I need labs!”
“The staff were very friendly and the wait wasn't too long. I would HIGHLY recommend making an appointment beforehand. I got turned away the first time I went as a walk in, but I was in and out with my appointment the next day. The woman was very quick and did the blood draw well. I normally bruise really bad but the way she did it, I barely felt it.”
“Had to take a pre-employment drug test here. I didn’t catch the staff members name but he was very accommodating seeing as though I arrived just a few minutes before they closed. I know most places will turn you away if you don’t arrive 30 minutes before close so I was grateful. He was very professional and made the whole process seamless. I was in and out and was able to pick up my son from childcare without being late! While I tend to dread these types of things because of the awkward interaction etc this one was ultimately painless and what we most want from these particular experiences, it was forgettable ?”

“The person who helped me didn't stick me until he was sure that he had a usable vein, which I highly appreciate, because sometimes it turns into a game of pin the tail on the donkey on my arms. He wound up having to use a vein in my hand, but was so gentle it didn't even bruise!”

“I had a GREAT experience at LSIP for an MRI of my hand, particially my thumb. The out of pocket cost of $375 vs all my other insurance claims with other companies of $490 to $1000 is unmatched, so I highly recommend. Just 1 piece of advice, no one uses CD-ROMs anymore, so burning images to CD's is a bit dated. Please move to storing images on USB/Flash drives. I have my images but no way of accessing them.”
“Check in was easy and staff was very friendly. I set an appointment for 4pm. Walked in at 3:50 and checked in and within a few minutes they were calling me back. It might be different at other times of the day, but I would say make sure to set an appointment before, as it does seem to be faster service this way.”
“Walked in on a Saturday at 8 AM due to no appts available online. At first, the check in machine only gave me the option to make an appt for Monday, but the helpful staff at the desk said that was just an error and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Also smooth painless bloodwork”
