“Had to take a pre-employment drug test here. I didn’t catch the staff members name but he was very accommodating seeing as though I arrived just a few minutes before they closed. I know most places will turn you away if you don’t arrive 30 minutes before close so I was grateful. He was very professional and made the whole process seamless. I was in and out and was able to pick up my son from childcare without being late! While I tend to dread these types of things because of the awkward interaction etc this one was ultimately painless and what we most want from these particular experiences, it was forgettable ?”

“I checked in at about 2pm on a Wednesday for a walk-in and was put on standby and almost immediately taken into an appointment room, which was very convenient.It turns out that my blood work orders were not sent in and while I waited 40 minutes for my doctor to send the orders, the staff checked on me and periodically asked me if they had sent the orders yet. They allowed me to wait in the waiting room and then when the orders finally came in they very quickly took me into another appointment room.The staff were very attentive, helpful, and understanding and my experience was very positive.”
