“Rooms: Rooms were very clean and spacious. We had a suite - the bathroom and bedroom were separated on the other side of the room and then a kitchen area and living room.Safety: Felt very safe at this hotel. There was no issue with our cards for our rooms, and they checked our IDs as well as there was a driver to and from the hotel to the airport.Walkability: Great hotel in walling distance to so many restaurants and shops! We walked down to dinner at a new restaurant each day.Food & drinks: There is an On The Border restaurant inside the hotel, so the food was pretty good. Breakfast- must-have are the hand-made omelets, delicious. Room service was also great and super easy to use.”
“Here for three day stay. Staff were kind and helpful. The location is great for us. Close to our friends. Weather was cloudy, which was a bummer . But the staff is sunny. I'm looking forward to staying here again.”

“I stayed at the Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham in San Angelo, Texas. They came to my rescue after leaving a bug infested hotel called The Roadway Inn. The staff, service and accommodations were extremely excellent. No bugs, clean and neat. I will only stay at this hotel chain in the future. Brea, Ruben and Elizabeth were amazing!!! Thank you so much for making my trip to my grandsons graduation a pleasant one.”

“This place is really nice! The best breakfast buffet I've ever had in a hotel! Tom, the shuttle driver, was awesome!! So, I say, friendly staff, along with clean rooms, excellent water pressure for a good shower, means a great hotel experience! Highly recommend. “The receptionist on the night shift was very friendly, the guy on the early shift was very helpful in trying to get a taxi for me, and when he couldn't get the service for me to be at the headquarters on time, he took me himself so that there would be no setbacks. Excellent staff, and the room clean, with everything you need to rest that night.”

“Excellent place to stay for a weekend or shopping trip, the hotel is very well cleaned, the rooms are in accordance with the price paid, with an excellent location since it is located blocks from the mall, the service is good but it can be better. Something important that has to be considered in favor of the hotel is that the entrances to the rooms are located inside the hotel, they are not outside like in other hotels in this price range.”

“My first visit was a good one. Although, the room with carpet needs work and pest control. Availability was limited and was only able to stay for one night. Staff was friendly and quick to attend my needs. Cleanliness for the rooms was great although I did find some cockroaches in the furniture.Nearby activities: Close to alot of stores and shopping centers.”

“Good value for money. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, there are details that can be improved. The pool is very good. Breakfast needs to improve, it's practically coffee, juice and bread.A few minutes from the plaza mall and shopping centers.”
