“This is The Little Pharmacy that CAN! The big chain stores are constantly out of stock making refills a hassle. “LOVE this pharmacy! They fill scripts quickly, accept most insurances, and have went out of their way to find discounts on expensive prescriptions. They are lovely people and just today were able to fill a small need I had that larger companies couldn’t do. I cannot recommend them enough. Run, do not walk, from CVS or Walgreens as we’ve been using them for almost a year. I should’ve made this post sooner.”

“Aug 2023: 5⭐: I would recommend this location. This location is pretty decent for shopping in this area. The store has gotten rid of the video rental machine that was here. I stopped by this location to pick up fruit, snacks, and food for the evening. I was happy to find some of the snacks were discounted as well. I guess if it is discounted, then it's probably meant for the same day consumption. Whaaaa...I have to eat the WHOLE cake. Ahm, yeah, no problem. I have not had any difficulty with any workers at this store location. The parking areas are fairly new and offers more handicapped parking areas.Feb2022: I would recommend this location. I needed help on several occasions for items that I couldn't find and one of the workers helped me. Can you imagine that? I got help from a store employee when I asked for help!! I have gone to the customer service counter and I have always been helped in a timely fashion.This visit was a five (5 ⭐) visit. The self checkout lanes are almost always working with a cashier nearby to help with any issue. On many occasions I have come here and have been able to get in and out quickly. I think this is one of my favorite locations. The employees at the front are always friendly and the the cashiers are always there to help with the self-checkout. The fruit and vegetable aisle is always neat without items on the floor or in the aisles. Each time I've gone into the store, the shelves were stocked with items and they were fronted for customer purchase. I checked the restroom while I was there and each time I've gone in it is always fairly clean without paper and items on the floor.”

“Ease in viewing your prescription order, request for refill and I love the fact that you’re kept informed of status of your order. The app is very user friendly too! It sends reminders and notifications and waits for your confirmation to place order in the event that the cost is too high. Option for auto refill is also available. In short, its a very convenient way to make sure you get your prescription medicines on time without leaving your home!”

“I like Sams, the staff is always helpful. They have descent prices not great but descent. Buy a rotisserie chicken and some fresh fruit and veggies those items have the best prices. Plus the rotisserie chicken is fantastic.”

“"Amazing customer service" is rarely the first thing one says in the same sentence as Walmart. Walmart is just a place we all have to suffer through to make our lives convenient, efficient, and affordable. But, for some strange reason, the pharmacy at this particular Walmart is a bizarre haven of friendly, welcoming, caring, effective people...a sort of oasis in the desert, you might say. Sabnam, the pharmacist here, somehow remembers my name and greets me by it every time she sees me there. Somehow she remembers whether or not I had my flu shot or COVID booster this year. (She gave them to me, of course, but how many hundreds did she give to others?) And how does she remember my name out of the thousands of people that shop here each week? Her staff are equivalently wonderful. Fernanda, Andrew, Sha, Kendra, and virtually EVERY employee I've been helped by here has just been amazing. And how is this possible, since they deal with frustrated, short-tempered people all day who are fighting with insurance companies and doctors' offices over the drudgery of healthcare? I'm not sure what kind of magic wand Sabnam or their regional managers have, but it's absolutely working at this location. I am SO GRATEFUL to have them all. THANK YOU for your kindness, helpfulness, and human decency. It makes all the difference!”

She truly cares for her clients and it is so refreshing as I've had terrible past pharmacy experiences at chain/corporate owned pharmacies. I actually make the 30min one way drive because I am SO happy with Vivmeds. Her main pharmacy tech is literally the sweetest and always seems to be in a good mood. She's very caring and patient as well. I recommend them to everyone I know!”

“Small problem when I picked up my prescription yesterday, there was some kind of glitch in there system. It was showing that my prescription cough syrup was filled and ready for pick up in their computer. The girl was frustrated and keep going on and on about she didn't fill that one yet. She kept saying it over and over with increasing frustration, making a scene behind the counter. Meanwhile the line was getting long. She knew she was going to have to fill it again and that would put the counts off. And then when she tried to check out my prescriptions their was another issue with it not scanning the QR code so I had to be moved to another register and wait my turn again. She obviously need to take a break and gather her feelings because it was quite embarrassing to me, that she was making such a huge deal over filling my prescription. I obviously didn't cause the problem, but felt like a spectacle. Kind of wish they would have told me to come back in 10 minutes while they figured it out.”
“Always super nice. Always have what we need when other pharmacies don't. We tried switching to a small business in town pharmacy. We switched back to wal mart. There's never an issue and even when they don't need to they will share with us discounts we weren't even aware of.”

I called in about a prescription and although he was busy, he took adequate time to try to resolve my issue, when it became more busy he politely asked if he could give me a call back once he got everything situated.
