She truly cares for her clients and it is so refreshing as I've had terrible past pharmacy experiences at chain/corporate owned pharmacies. I actually make the 30min one way drive because I am SO happy with Vivmeds. Her main pharmacy tech is literally the sweetest and always seems to be in a good mood. “01/30/2024I caught a flat on my way from Denton headed to Gainesville. I found the nearest Walmart which was 8 miles away from where I was. Imagine riding on the highway on a flat. Not good! I have a Mercedes A220 and the likely of anyone having my tire besides Mercedes in unlikely but I took a chance anyway. When I made it to Sam’s Club Chris in automotive tried his best to see if he could help. He automatically knew they didn’t have my tire in stock it had to be ordered so we started weighing options. Options failed. So I told Chris I was two hours away from home with my grandson. Instead of him just saying sorry he jumped right into action. He called 4/5 different which all said the same thing. They had to order it. He didn’t give up. One of the calls he made was to firestone and they needed to order but didn’t want to help because I didn’t come to them first. Straight b/s! We made one last call to call to Good Year and guess what they told Chris they can get my tire but it’ll be an hour because they had to go pick it up from the warehouse. I didn’t care as long as I got one it was worth the wait. Walking out of Sam’s Chris came out and showed me a short cut to get to Good Year since I was riding slow on a flat. Chris went above and beyond to help me and I’m forever grateful to him. I never write reviews but I had to write this one. It was only right that I do so. He deserves it. Give him a raise Thank you Chris”
“There’s sooo many good things about this place. Everyone there is so nice and friendly. They answer all my questions without judgment, even the ones that I feel could be a little ridiculous they answer them no problem. When they say they are gonna do something they do it. For example, I was trying to get a medicine with a coupon card but the coupon card wasn’t working and they said that they would call me as soon as it’s up and running again, sure enough days later they called me. They even have complementary drinks and snacks. I don’t know if this place is a small business or not but it definitely gives you that small business feel with how personal they are. Customer service is their number one priority and it sure shows!!”

“Having Brady from Pan Ector Industries at our wedding was the best wedding decision we made! From the very beginning, Brady was super easy to work with. Our wedding planners said he was the nicest and easiest vendor to work with. He helped us design t-shirts for our wedding guests. The mobile screen-printing unit is so cool, and our guests LOVED it. Not only did they love the t-shirts and getting to watch the screen-printing process, but so many guests told us how much they loved talking to Brady. If you want a cool wedding/party favor, then definitely book Brady and Pan Ector industries - you will not regret it!”

“I had my Jeep Grand Cherokee 5 tire sensors (spare included) replaced at this location a week ago. The Technicians, Jacob and Dylan are very professional, patient with answering some of my questions and knows how to take good care of a customer on what they need. They also have a reasonable price, had an appointment and finished by an hour and 5 minutes. Overall a great experience, Thank you!”

“I stopped by this Kroger while I was in the Denton area and it's a pretty spacious Kroger - I was actually impressed iwth how big this Kroger was. I actually only went in to use the Starbucks and the bathroom here but it was generally a pretty good Kroger.I went early in the morning so there were not a lot of folks in at all, so I was able to take care of my business pretty quickly. I don't really ever have much business in Denton, but when I'm in the area -- I definitely will check this Kroger out in depth!”

“Ben was super helpful. Although the wait was not too long. He took his time to be clear and precess. To help my young son and I. They didn't even have what we were in need of...But, his willingness to locate it, then gave me 3 options of where to drive and get it. Along with what the cost would be! (Also offered to have it next day) Look I get supply chain shortages... and after 4 other Walgreens said they can't help I need to call or drive to other spots to see if they have it . So after hang ups or 20 minute hold time with no help. This young man cleared up all the concerns in 6 minutes and 14 seconds from waiting till we got the information we needed and then forward the order to that pharmacy ahead of us showing up. Great job BEN!”
