“I love, love, love the Helotes branch. Being new to Navy Federal Credit Union, setting up all the accounts can be overwhelming. NOT at this branch. :) Everyone is beyond helpful and they all have a smile on their face. Building a rapport with a bank was a big deal for me. Well everything is online and over the phone, it's still nice to be able to see an actual person. Today, I met Orlando. If you are looking for a personal banking advisor who will look for all your opinions, listen to what you are saying/needing then Orlando is your man.
