This is the second time around that they get my address wrong and it’s been 4 days that they are close to my house and yet nothing gets delivered! And it’s currently back to the dhl facility. This is the worst experience ever. Do better people.

Terrible just terrible!!!! I'm so annoyed I'm currently waiting for my package and I have to wait again.
First time I understand it was my fault because they came to my address and I didn't come out to receive my package and they left and they were supposed to deliver today but they went to the wrong address like y'all don't know how to read!!!!
And now I have to wait tomorrow AGAIN cause some driver was stupid to go to a different house instead of going to the correct address

Prices are incorrect 1 box 6lb $670 Dlls. I paid for the same dress same weight $40 Dlls in Rio Bravo Tamps. Antonio did not know how to turn on the register nor the scale. Then he went to grab a book because he says that they might not be able to ship to Mexico a new Dress back to the manufacturer. I told him about how much is it to ship the dress he said prices are listed on the wall. I told him I need to know price before shipping. He did not weight the dress in the box. Then he said prices were listed on the wall. Once he weighed the item without the box and told me it would cost $650 I told him that’s not what the wall states. His response was we charge a big change that’s why people don’t ship here. This place is not prepared to ship like FEDEX safe your self the trouble! I drove from Weslaco to bad service. 0 stars they need to train Antonio 5:15 pm April 26th.

Everyone spoke both English & Spanish and were nice, friendly and tried to help but still couldn't deliver our package in 4 tries. Asked if we can pick it up somewhere and were told no. They are able to deliver in Mexico where the addressing system is a little more difficult but could not deliver to us in Weslaco at a 55 + community. Finally allowed us to pick it up at their Harlingen facility.Update, DHL is supposedly looking into this.They all spoke English and Spanish and were nice, friendly and tried to help, but they still couldn't deliver our package in 4 attempts. They asked us if we could pick it up somewhere and we were told no. They can deliver in Mexico, where the addressing system is a little more difficult, but they couldn't deliver in Weslaco, in a 55+ community. He finally allowed us to pick him up at his facility in Harlingen.Update, DHL is supposedly investigating this.

Having a horrible experience right now. My package was supposed be delivered and it never showed. I called to find out what was happening; they said the package was damaged, but they couldn't tell me how or what happened to it. I keep calling asking for updates and no one is able to tell me. Finally, I got someone from customer service to call the local station and they said the damage was minimal. The real problem was that it was delivered to the wrong house. Supposedly, they are trying to locate the package, but I haven't heard from them.

I've been getting international shipments through DHL for a while now. Everything has been smooth up until this past month. I understand holiday season is usually very hectic but to completely miss my address is unacceptable. Worse than that they actually wrote down that I had signed it... I have another package incoming and I sincerely hope this isn't also messed up. This will be the last time I use this service indefinitely.

DHL worst service! . Package lost in their office. My return package never was send back . I didn't get a proof of the return (my mistake) I was told no need because it is scan. I complain to DHL , DHL is not able to track and their justification "It was a new employee". I asked to review the camera when I returned it , review the shippings to the destination, no help at all. DHL close the case . someone is enjoying my sneakers

Horrible experience, same thing as the other reviewer, I actually waited for the driver as I tracked him and waited at the door, only to suddenly get a message that there was no one home. My guess is the driver(s) don’t want to stop at certain addresses because it’s inconvenient to them so they just claim that it was a “wrong address”, “no one home” or “gate closed” when in reality none of that is true. For me it’s a 50 min drive into my nearest DHL to pick up a package, and trying to get ahold of someone is near impossible. Please make drivers accountable for making real attempts, leave a note behind or something. This happens way too often from the Harlingen office. I contacted customer service and was told that packages that don’t get picked up will get sent back or destroyed ?, not the kind of help or thing one wants to hear when in the first place the package should have been delivered.
