yesterday 10/10/2023 I was expecting a package ? and I was waiting in my living room when I received a message that they supposedly came and there was no one at home, but they never knocked on the door!!! ugh I live in Weslaco,Tx and I had to go to Harlingen, Tx to pick it up

service is too bad. The shipper delivered the goods to the wrong address. they also confirmed to me wrong delivery. i have been to their office 2 times. It's been almost a month but they still haven't solved it for me. too bad
