“Just going to post about my experience I had today with the teller and branch manager.
First - the teller was super kind when I came in
Second - the branch manager was helping me notarize documents and for the situation it was for made me nervous in itself.
Long story short, he was extremely professional and kind. Then went above and beyond to offer me a copy of my ID so I didn’t have to go back to fedex and get a copy. But he didn’t even know that I would have to.
Kindness goes a long way, and it was given in a really rough time without them knowing.

“Went there to obtain information on how to open an account and was nicely greeted by a banker I can not recall name but was average height as soon as I walked in their door he sat me right away and explained the details and gave me a folder with information I wasn't ready to open the account but was impressed by the way he was so interested and well he had a good sense of humor which made me feel better about inquiring for information. -Melanie Santos”
