“Our truck stopped working on a Saturday after 4pm while visiting Port Arthur. He was the only mechanic opened till 7pm so I called him and he said he’d help me. I had my truck towed there and he immediately started to work on my vehicle. He even stayed late to finish the job. His price was very reasonable and he was done in a couple of hours. I highly recommend this place. The owner is awesome.”

“My Name is James Trahand and I'm from California , and To make a very long story rather short . Fails Service Garage is the one of the most dependable mechanic shops I have ever had to use.. Me and my family was driving from Californian to Florida last month and my truck broke down sight seeing in the Golden Triangle .. I drive a 2011 Ford F-150 and a timing actuator has gone out ..With the help of a local wrecker service thru AAA We had called around to a few of the other mechanic shops in the Groves Texas area , and was told we was looking at a day or two and maybe three days down time for the repair because of everything involved in the repair . And then the wrecker driver handed me a business card for Fails Service Garage, and his exact words was: The mechanic of this place has been here for 24 years and is very dependable, but they do not advertise, even tho it has a New Owner it has an honest mechanic and there is not many of those in the Golden Triangle . His name is Wesley Baber ... Let me tell you people something . This mechanic and this shop was so nice to us and made us feel like family . Wes even helped us get a hotel room and took us to it while they worked on my truck . It was 2 p.m. when they started on my repairs and Fails Service Garages lead mechanic completed the job on time and changed out both timing actuators and new timing parts and completed my repairs so we could get back on the road on our family road trip. Now, I have never heard of any mechanic shop I know of doing this for a customer .. These people are Awesome .. Words cannot justify the Happiness; they gave us getting us back on the road ... Thank You Fails Service Garage in Groves Texas ..”
