“The owner of this company needs ten stars.He saved me big time today.I have a hot tub company out of Lake Charles and was on my way back from picking up a hot tub that had to be delivered today in Jennings la.I had a blow out on I-10 close to 11th st exit was Avery bad spot.I called several other companies and they told be 1.5 or more before they could get to me.I called TJ and he shut his shop down immediately and came to my rescue.Within 15 minutes he was pulling my tire off and heading back to his shop to mount a new one.This guy is 1st class.I can’t say enough about him and his business.Please if you are stranded with a flat tire in the Beaumont area please make him your first choice.You won’t regret it.”

“I'm not one to leave a review until I've had more than one experience with a business. My vehicle has had routine service and major repairs done with Mercedes Service LP. I became a customer here after having negative experiences with Mercedes dealerships. My husband Anthony took care of our vehicles but he passed away in September of 2021 and now I'm doing it alone. From my experiences, there is truth in what's said about some mechanics trying to get over women because many of us aren't mechanically inclined. I experienced this at the Mercedes dealership in New Orleans. I was blessed to have a son who got a second opinion and prevented a bogus repair that was never going to be performed on my vehicle. And someone went through my locked glove box, found my debit card and $300 worth of prepaid phone cards were purchased that I had to dispute with my bank. They were contacted. I had another negative experience with the Mercedes dealership in Beaumont. I took my vehicle there for service B. My vehicle was fine when I took it for service but a pipe was cracked when my vehicle was there. The engine light came on when I left. I contacted the Manager of the service department and explained what happened and he asked me if I had proof that his service guy did it? ? The issue was never resolved and I was stuck paying for the the service B, charged for a keyring that I never asked for or received. I was responsible for repairs to my vehicle. I no longer trust dealerships! That's how I found Mercedes Service LP who made the repair. The guys at Mercedes Service LP is polite, professional, courteous, and honest. They will bring the damaged part for you to look at and explain what it is and the cause of your problem. And with a proper notice they will accept and inspection your vehicle the same day. I truly value and trust these guys. Thank you all for being trustworthy, fair, and loyal to the community and to your customers.Sarah”

“First 5 Star review for auto repair shop ever.New to town for work. These seem like really good folks. Just needed a safety inspection for the state and they took care of me right away. My 3rd break light was not working and they asked if I didn't mind them replacing it. I said yes, and about a minute later I thought "dang, I forgot to ask how much!?".Receptionist gave me the bill for the $7 inspection and I reminded her about the bulb. She checked on that added it to the bill and it was another $2. That surprised me.They have earned my trust and I'll be checking back with them for more work.”

“After almost two months of being at the local mercedes stealership as well as a collision center that needs a whole lot of provisions, I got fed about the amount of time it was taking, lack of communication, and the COST which was $4500. I was referred by a client of mine about Scott's import and decided to give them a shot. I called them for a quote and was given a quote as promised in less that 30 minutes which also was HALF THE PRICE of what the stealership quoted me for. I left my car with them over the weekend and was done IN LESS THAN 3 DAYS!!!! They called and communicated with me so well and I felt like I was a part of the process every step of the way.
