“My recent transition to using the Baylor Pharmacy was handled professionally and expeditiously. I have been an employee for Baylor for over a year, and have never used our pharmacies and I am glad that I decided to switch. Not only are they very communicative, they are efficient. The icing on the cake is that I can have my prescriptions marked to me at no cost and receive a 90 day prescription for the same cost as a 30 day at my precious pharmacy.”
“This cvs is where it’s at yall. My insurance requires me to use cvs and this is the only one that I feel can really focus on patient care and safety. Joel is an AMAZING pharmacist. He goes out of his way to make sure my meds get filled and even walked out of the pharmacy to show me where something was on the shelf. He stayed on the phone with me the other day and made sure my PA went through to my doc’s office for my migraine medicine. Not only that, the entire staff here is fantastic and picking up my medications is always the best experience. As someone who also works in the pharmacy world, this team makes me proud of my profession! Thank you guys so much!”

“I wish I would have gotten the name of the lady who helped me. She was light blonde I believe. Anyways, you can just tell when someone loves what they do, and helping people! I went to cvs and they didn’t have the medication I needed. Lady there was so rude to me in fact. I end up calling Walmart. Lady there tells me she would work on getting my prescription transferred and ready as soon as she could but they closed in an hr. Next thing I know I get a call about 20 min before they close that she had it ready for me. Fastest and nicest service by far!”

I don't remember the name of the Pharmacist but the assistant's name was Judy. They both went the second mile to find an online program that drastically reduced the cost of a very expensive Paxlovid prescription, making it possible for me to take it home. THANK YOU!!!”

“I absolutely love my local CVS! The staff here are consistently friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need. They are always informative, whether it’s about over-the-counter medications or prescription details. The store is well-stocked with a variety of items—OTC meds, supplies, candy, gift cards, makeup, and those last-minute necessities. It’s always clean and organized, making for a pleasant shopping experience.
One thing I really appreciate is how well they collaborate with my veterinarian for my cat’s seizure medications. It’s reassuring to know they’re as invested in my pet’s health as mine. Plus, the medication reminders and ease of using the CVS app make managing prescriptions so convenient.

“After having used Walgreens the last twenty years my insurance company no longer has them as a preferred pharmacy so I made the switch to the CVS on Hall Johnson Rd in Grapevine. Since I noticed a lot of negative reviews I was expecting the worst but to my surprise the pharmacy folks were both friendly and helpful and that goes also to the store cashier.
