I recently had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a vehicle from Grapevine Dodge, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment with the entire process. While the initial interactions were friendly, the delivery of promised services and products left much to be desired. One of the notable issues was the inclusion of unnecessary add-ons, such as a GPS monitoring software, which felt forced upon me. Additionally, the protection package was both overpriced and of poor quality. Moreover, hidden fees in the final total seemed designed to diminish the impact of my down payment, leaving me with an unexpected financial burden. In an attempt to give them another chance, I returned to Grapevine Dodge to acquire a bed liner. Unfortunately, what was presented to me was a soiled and sun-bleached insert, with assurances that it would "wash off." Upon closer inspection at home, I discovered missing parts and panels that were not even meant for my truck. This led me to seek assistance from another dealer, who promptly provided me with a brand new and clean set, highlighting the stark difference in service quality. Regrettably, my attempts to address these issues with Grapevine Dodge were met with frustration. Despite making four trips to rectify the bed liner situation, I received no reimbursement, only excuses. This lack of accountability and customer care was disheartening. Subsequently, I decided to take advantage of the free oil changes offered by Grapevine Dodge. However, even this seemingly straightforward service proved disappointing. After dropping off my truck and requesting a wash, I returned to find only one side cleaned, with smears on the passenger side windows and the interior left untouched. This further exemplifies the subpar quality of services provided by Grapevine Dodge. It is evident that the dealership is in need of new management, as every aspect of the chain appears dysfunctional. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from Grapevine Dodge, including using their service or parts. The experience has left me with the impression that the issues stem from the top, as the workers seem genuinely dedicated but are hindered by a lack of effective leadership. In conclusion, I cannot fathom returning to Grapevine Dodge for another vehicle purchase. The combination of being charged top dollar while receiving the lowest possible services is unacceptable. My hope is that potential customers heed this warning and consider alternative options for their automotive needs.

This location has predatory advertising practices. They had a Jeep Grand Cherokee that I was interested in. It came with a 10% discount off MSRP from Jeep. The dealer had another discount applied. I pre-applied for credit - on the Grapevine Dodge Chrysler Jeep website. It was in the mid 6% range on interest. My interaction with a sales associate was pleasant. She confirmed the car was in-stock, and confirmed the price. Once I got to the dealership and manager came in and very aggressively asked 'What are you doing here'? 'Didn't you get an email from the GM saying we don't want your business?' His comments caught me off-guard. I had not received any such email from the GM, or anyone else at the dealership. The manager then proceeded to tell me in order to get the car at that price, I would have to use their financing. I said, no problem that is what the sales rep told me. The manager then said because my credit score was TOO GOOD, that I would be denied financing from them. And if they did approve my credit, the rate would be 13%! He went on to say, multiple times, that they would decline it. This was because my credit score was over 800 and they thought I was going to pay off the loan early, preventing them from making money off the loan. If my credit application was denied, that meant I wouldn't be eligible for the discounts being offered. Total scam. Who is their right mind would not want someone who wouldn't be a financial risk on a loan? While I didn't meet the GM, you can tell his customer service skills are lacking. Then when the manager raising his voice at me without so much as an introduction, you can tell this is an environment to steer clear of. There is a reason their lot is full of cars, while most other places need inventory. There are countless Jeep dealers in the DFW area. Avoid this one, and go elsewhere as this place is all about putting the screws on potential customers. If my wife, who has a different skin color, would have been with me when they said they don't want my business, I would be filing my first lawsuit for discrimination.

We had a terrible experience at Grapevine Dodge. They lure you in with low online prices, only to hit you with unexpected fees for a so-called "Grapevine Protection Package" when you're ready to buy (which for us cost $1,998). Our online price was $56,625 - Out the door price was over $62,000 with the added fees they tacked on. They claim the "Grapevine Protection Package" is REQUIRED (not optional) for EVERY vehicle on the lot. But the package is NOT included in the online price. It's a classic bait-and-switch tactic that left us feeling deceived and frustrated. The visit was a complete waste of our time. Avoid this dealership if you value transparency in your car-buying process. To the dealership - You can save your time by replying to this review with something like, " We apologize for the confusion and frustration you experienced. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. Your feedback is valuable, and we're sorry for any inconvenience caused by the change in price. We understand your disappointment, and we appreciate your perspective. If you decide to reconsider, we'd be more than willing to address your concerns and assist you further." There is absolutely no integrity behind it. And your buyers should know that. We bought from the Huffins Dodge dealership in Lewisville, TX and had an incredible experience. Go there instead and ask for Charles.

I have truly never been spoken to by another human than I was by the GM this morning. After telling me that we had a deal, I drove and hour to the dealership and he decided to up the price by $2k. When I said that was unfair, he told me to go f*ck myself and get my POS car and leave. I will absolutely never step foot in this dealership again and will happily share my experience with anyone who is thinking about doing business with them.

To be told that a car is an inventory and to then drive all the way over there and when you get there they tell you we sold that 15 minutes ago .... I bet you that car was sold weeks ago ... they're going to start lying about that there's no telling what else they're going to lie to you about .... I wouldn't do business with people like this I matter how good the deal looked. CAREFUL!

Does anyone want to consider a class action lawsuit against this dealership? Their deceptive ways are unlawful and from the looks of the reviews everyone except a few has had the exact same experience. I've been buying newly used cars for years and have never experienced such horrible and incompetent service. They simply don't care. Once they connive and get your money, forget about them being of assistance. The salesperson said he had to tell the service person to get off his phone and finish my car I bought 2 weeks prior. What's worse, they never did the work. Literally nothing and scammed me for a certified car that was never looked at. I will to see them in court. I forgot to mention they scratched the tint on my car. I hadn't taken possession of the car that's how I know it was them.

I was told that both my batteries were no longer good on my 2 year old 2021 2500 ram. I took my original batteries home and tested them. The original batteries were good all they needed was to be recharged. I was lied to by the dealership just so they could charge me for a costlier fix. They obviously need source of revenue since their lot is overflowing with vehicles they can't sell.

REVIEWS DO NOT LIE! I'm in from out of town visiting family and helped bring a vehicle in for an issue to the service department. If I would have read the reviews prior to dropping it off, I would have strongly advised finding somewhere else. I am always skeptical about dealerships but this 1 gave me immediate bad vibes! The guy immediately brought up the fact the vehicle was over 10 years old and made it seem like they didn't even want to touch it while also stating the OEM part would be hard to come by and they wouldn't do aftermarket. When we booked our appointment over the phone none of this was even mentioned. So the guy goes on to say he's not sure they can get the part but "We can do diagnostics, check everything else out on the car and even give it a wash if you like!" They know how to sound real good and friendly even though it's obvious they don't care 1 bit when you show up 3 days later, sit in service for about 20 minutes because "they're finishing up in the wash bay" just to see the car even dirtier than when you brought it in. I'm really wondering what we were even waiting on because the car was not cleaned 1 bit and seeing that made me wonder if they even did anything after we dropped it off. Oh and by the way, the quote we got for the part and labor was about $1300 more than what an aftermarket part and an hour of your own time would cost you! Out of respect for my family I kept my mouth shut while on location but this place stinks like the cheap cologne that plagued the entire building.

I broke my grab bar handle in my Jeep wrangler and the great thing was Grapevine Dodge Chrysler Jeep had my part in stock. When I called the person that answered the phone was polite and right to the point. Told me my part was in stock and I told him I would see him shortly. Usually people think you're not gonna just come up there right away but when I got there, he had my part waiting on counter. It was simple to find the place and I was in and out. To me that's good service!

If I could give a negative I would. Beware of taking your vehicle of any kind there for service. My experiences, yes I gave them multiple opportunities, have been disappointing at best. If I were you, I would find another place. Work is sloppy, if even complete. Slow to respond. Dont keep you in the know. Don't take ownership of poor workmanship. Recommend you find another place. Your warranty is good at any dealership. Avoid this one

Went today to pick a vehicle to purchase but the sales manager was rude and unprofessional. Because my credit union will be doing the financing he tossed me my car keys to leave and stop wasting his time. Worse customer service I went across the street the Chevy dealership.

We called to make a service appointment and they said it would be 2 weeks to see our car. So, we made the appointment for 2 weeks. Took it in on our appointment day @ 8:00 am and they said it may not get looked at for a few days. Why make an appointment. Talked to the service manager and he said he would try. Left it, never got a call for 4 days. Called, said they will call us back in 2 days, never looked at the car again. After that, said leave car because if you pick it up you will go back to the back of the line. So, we left it, it is now 8 days and no one has looked at the car. Got a text from service advisor to just pick up the car but they won't look at it. We have purchased this Jeep Grand Cherokee and a Dodge Limited very expensive truck. Never have I heard of this as being a "service appointment". They should, at the very least, not make the appointment unless they are going to see the car. Now, the manager told us they took it out of the line and will not look at it. Horrible communication, horrible NO SERVICE. Do not buy a car at Grapevine Dodge, Do not use the service department.

I should have read the other reviews before going there. Poor communication. This location and mocking bird I've experienced the same services. The salesman doesn't reach out once you leave the lot. I had to call numerous of time and email.

Today we set out to gather information about trucks, in preparation for an upcoming purchase. The salesman told us that he couldn't give us prices because if we aren't buying today, the prices may not be the same when we come back. Then he took us out to the parking lot and said for us to look. It was 100 out today. I asked him if he didn't have some other way to find a truck, such as a list on the computer. As we walked back to the building he said that most people that look on Saturday make a purchase. Feeling disgusted, I asked him if we should work with another salesman, one who wouldn't mind if we purchased on Tuesday instead of Saturday. He quickly went to find another salesman. The second guy was nice, but kept taking off and leaving us. I suspect he was multi tasking. We totally wasted our time at this car lot.

I have owned my Jeep Compass for about 3 years now. Over the years I've moved a handful of times and have gone to multiple dealerships for oil changes, recalls, to part replacement. This location specifically has given me nothing but issues and awful customer service. This location has made me feel as though there is a lack of care for others property and honestly I felt discriminated against for being a woman by the staff on multiple occasions. I was dismissed the entire time until I brought my boyfriend in. There was only resolution when he was in the building with me. I have been ignored by Joshua, and the manager Brandon. I've asked for follow up and to speak with management about it and one individual I spoke with backed up Joshua's behavior and made excuses the entire time. I am absolutely in shock and appalled with the experience I have received. I had to bring my vehicle in because it wasn't starting and wouldn't hold a jump. I had my car towed in by my insurance. From the start I worked with Joshua, when I went in to find out how long I'd have to wait for a follow up. I was told a few days, when asking about rentals and such I was told "We have nothing for you" and there was no help in trying to get it sorted. After a few days I received an inspection report that showed nothing was wrong with my car. I was the one who had to call and ask about what was wrong the response I got was "Someone forgot to fill it out". At this point it had been about a week. I asked for an explanation and an updated service link and report I got the impression over the phone as of I was annoying him and a burden to his day. After getting an updated report the pricing didn't align and seemed like a lot. When I brought that to his attention he said "I guess I coded it wrong in the system, must have forgotten to adjust to a specific shop labor cost." At this point I was frustrated because there were a lot of things getting forgotten or not being done properly with no reassurance there's was extra care being taken with my vehicle. When I came to pick my vehicle up I noticed that my front end was bent, the paint was chipped, and my flood light was busted. ( from my tow companies photos it was not like that when I dropped it off). I went back to Joshua to address it and the first thing he said was "Okay cool, let's look at it". When he saw the damage he said "it may have happened here" and "Shit Happens". After I showed him the time stamp photo proof it did happen I requested to speak to his manager John, who ultimately never responded to any communications I sent him. After asking for camera footage we learned it came from another tow company who has since repaired and took care of me far better than this dealership did. This location needs to strongly analyze their service staff on how they treat their clients. It's been about a month I have yet to receive a follow up conversion from the owner. The lack of communication as a whole is disappointing and disturbing. The negligence with other peoples property is sad and shocking.
