Went today to pick a vehicle to purchase but the sales manager was rude and unprofessional. Because my credit union will be doing the financing he tossed me my car keys to leave and stop wasting his time. Worse customer service I went across the street the Chevy dealership.

I should have read the other reviews before going there. Poor communication. This location and mocking bird I've experienced the same services. The salesman doesn't reach out once you leave the lot. I had to call numerous of time and email.

I went there to purchase a vehicle and was there for 3 hours and found the car I wanted. I was financed through Navy Feral. So they sent the paperwork to the finance department so that they could return and tell me they do not accept Navy Federal. That had me so heated. Why didn't they tell me that 3 hours ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!
