Jakob did an awesome job giving us space to shop but also checking in to answer any questions we had. There were also other sales personnel that checked on us during our shopping time. We purchased multiple items and it was a delightful experience. Would highly recommend Ashley furniture in Grapevine.

Johnay Parham was a positive helpful associate, but made my experience a long one due to her inexperience with the system. Made for a lot of wasted time. I have my doubts if I will be back.
