There is certainly more and way higher quality grills to be had at this store but what was the best surprise was zero hassle. We felt no pressure and got amazing advice from Michael. He shared the benefits of each model and price points of each grill with deep knowledge and friendly advice. We did not purchase a grill that day and when we left, they thanked us for stopping by. We called back up to get one two days later from Michael. The grill works great so far and we are very pleased.”
