“Pro Desk is greatness! Had a relatively complicated project, and the staff were GREAT to spend time walking me through the procurement process for all the materials. Ken in particular was a source of greatness. He was kind, helpful, and followed up w/ different departments to make sure everything was in order. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation about life, family and faith while we waited. Great customer service all around! Also, the HD job-site delivery is fast and they are VERY responsive when there is a mixup on materials. They made it right same day or next day.Well done gentlemen. ?”
